People Officer

We are looking to grow our HR team and are looking for a culture driver. Someone who will embody the culture of the company and make sure that all HR policies and practices are aligned with the company values.

This person will also be responsible to keep a finger on the pulse of the people working at Salarium and ensure that our cultural values are being constanly reflected and reinforced.

We are work from office company based in Makati. Some of the staff (engineers) are remote but the rest of our teams report everyday.
