The Role

We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Supervisor to support our HR Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Supervisor will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing and recruitment, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and employee relations. Oversees the recruitment process and suggest strategies to meet the staffing demand of the organization.

Suggest and implement training and development programs. Research, suggest, implement, and monitor compensation and benefits programs for the organization.

Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.

Ensure legal compliance of HR state and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required

Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters

Reports to the CEO for any proposal, updates, initiatives, and others.

Other HR tasks

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related field
Handled supervisory role in the related field is required for this position.
Proven solid experience in a BPO set up is preferred (at least 3-5 years)
Additional HR training or experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Knowledge of any HR systems or tools
Background in training and development, and recruitment is an advantage.
