We're an applied AI firm helping ambitious companies turn AI strategy into production-ready systems. We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically curious Sales Engineer who can build and own our sales process from the ground up, with direct executive oversight.

🔥 YOUR MISSION

• Build the machine. Design and implement Arktika's outbound sales process, from prospecting to signed contracts.
• Make Apollo dangerous. Use Apollo for prospecting, enrichment, segmentation, sequencing, and pipeline generation.
• Put AI to work. Build automated workflows using AI agents, LLMs, and sales tools to scale outreach without sounding like a robot.
• Find the buyers. Identify and engage CTOs, CEOs, Heads of Engineering, and technology leaders across the US and beyond.
• Fill the calendar. Generate qualified leads, book discovery calls, and turn cold prospects into real opportunities.
• Close the business. Own discovery, qualification, proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
• Know your numbers. Track conversion rates, meetings booked, pipeline value, and revenue generated.
• Build with leadership. Operate independently while collaborating directly with Arktika's executive team on strategy and key deals.

You'll help technical and business leaders understand how Arktika can turn ambitious AI ideas into production systems that actually deliver value.

⚡ WHAT MAKES YOU DANGEROUS (IN A GOOD WAY)

• 3+ years in B2B technical sales, sales engineering, or full-cycle business development.
• Hands-on Apollo experience. You know how to build campaigns, not just export contact lists.
• Proven ability to generate leads, book qualified meetings, and close deals.
• Experience building outbound sales processes from scratch.
• Comfortable using AI tools, automation, CRM systems, and modern sales technology.
• Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, software engineering, or technical consulting services.
• Confident selling to C-suite executives and technical decision-makers.
• Excellent English communication and a bias toward action.

Extra credit: You've sold AI consulting, engineering services, or complex technical solutions into US startups and enterprises.
