⚡ WHAT MAKES YOU DANGEROUS (IN A GOOD WAY)

• 3+ years recruiting technical talent, ideally across the US and LATAM.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese gets bonus points.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10+ active searches simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing and recruiting automation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional organization, pipeline management, and communication.
• Resourceful, independent, and slightly obsessive about finding great people.

Extra credit: You've recruited founding engineers, built technical teams from scratch, or created your own AI sourcing workflows.
