Data Analyst

Job description:

SalesUp is a sales-focused company working with clients in the US and India. We’re building a data-driven team and need someone who can turn raw data into reliable reports and clear insights.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain data pipelines from CRM, sales tools, and databases
Clean, transform, and organize data for reporting and analysis
Write SQL queries and Python scripts for analysis and automation
Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Track key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity
Maintain data accuracy and documentation
Work with the sales, HR, and operations teams on their reporting needs

What we’re looking for

1-3 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
Good knowledge of SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy)
Experience with at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, formulas)
Basic understanding of ETL and data warehousing
Clear communication and ability to explain data to non-technical teams
Comfortable working from home with a reliable laptop and internet connection

Good to have

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Tools like Airflow, dbt, or BigQuery
Experience with CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
