About the job

Required Skills & Experience:

5–10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and strong Java/J2EE development.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level AEM projects.
Extensive expertise in AEM Workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, JSON, and Lucene Indexing.
Strong understanding of core AEM technologies: Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher.
Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and testing tools, including Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, and Selenium.
Proven skills in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and production support.
Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
Excellent communication, documentation, and technical presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
