You also take pride in mentoring others, helping elevate technical rigor and consultative skills across the organization.About The RoleThe Senior Client Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities at Myriad360. This role carries full ownership of solution architecture from discovery through design validation and deal progression. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that align with client goals and business priorities. As a senior technical leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to CSAs and engineers across the organization.Must be based in the United States and reside in California. We are hiring 1 person in Northern California and 1 person in Southern California. Travel up to 40% may be required.Other responsibilities include:Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on productsAssume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunitiesProactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineeringEnsure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathwaysPartner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioningCollaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycleMentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative sellingContribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resourcesRepresent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefingsComplete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements sectionIdentify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation effortsOther duties as assignedDesired skills and experience:7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consultingDemonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutionsAdvanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processesBroad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areasCapability to independently manage complex technical sales cyclesRelevant OEM certifications are highly preferredA Little About UsOur mission is to challenge and enable our employees to achieve great things.We live and breathe our core values:We Before Me: We demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions.
