About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to develop, integrate, and deploy AI solutions that solve real-world business problems, working closely with customers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
Build AI workflows using Python, RAG, APIs, and agentic AI frameworks.
Integrate AI solutions with existing applications and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize AI performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or solution development.
Strong Python programming and API integration skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Good to Have
Experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking, with knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and AI observability.
