Business Development Intern

**About Eximple*
Eximple is an AI-native export operating system built for Indian SME exporters. We unify freight, trade documentation, compliance, and finance into one accountable platform - removing the operational friction that holds businesses back from going global.

**About the Role*
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our core team in Gurgaon. You will speak with exporters, importers, and manufacturers, understand what they actually need, and bring them on board. You will sit close to the founders and learn how trade deals get won.

**Key Responsibilities*

• Identify and reach out to exporters, importers, and manufacturers across agri, food, textile, and engineering sectors
• Run discovery calls to understand each customer’s shipping, documentation, compliance, and funding needs
• Explain Eximple’s offering clearly and match it to what the customer needs
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track every conversation in our CRM
• Work with the operations and finance teams to move customers from first call to first shipment
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback and share what you learn with the founders
• Support proposals, follow-ups, and customer onboarding

**What We’re Looking For*

• Currently pursuing an MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B-school
• Curiosity about global trade, exports, and how SMEs do business
• Ownership mindset and willingness to learn by doing

**Compensation*

• Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
• PPO: Strong performers get a pre-placement offer for a full-time role
• ESOPs: Be a part-owner of what you help build (on full-time conversion)
