*Job Description And Duties*State Fund’s Information Technology (IT) – Client Support Services Unit in Vacaville has an opening for an Associate Systems Analyst.

Under general supervision of the IT Supervisor II, the incumbent will:

• Provide quality customer service as the single point of contact to customers by managing call activity, service tickets, and assuming accountability for issues/inquiry resolution
• Administrate and maintain Windows Network Operating Systems, Active Directory, servers, network equipment, and telephone systems to meet site operational needs and systems goals
• Coordinate/provide technical support and training (educating) end-users and local program operations

Minimum Qualification: Please refer to the class specification for additional details regarding the minimum qualifications of the position.

• Eighteen (18) months IT Technician experience
• Two (2) years of IT Technical, analytical or computer systems or services experience
• Some experience may be substituted for education

This is a 12-month limited term position which may be extended, cancelled, or made permanent at any time.

If becoming permanent, the selected candidate must be eligible for a permanent appointment at the time of the LT appointment or at the time of the conversion.

*Special Requirements*Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
