Office Admin

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the founder on business priorities, day-to-day operations, cross-functional coordination, and execution of key initiatives.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, coordinate with vendors, and resolve operational challenges.
Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and arrangements for employees and leadership.
Manage office supplies, maintain records, track expenses, and ensure everything runs efficiently.
Identify problems, find practical solutions, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Help improve workflows, maintain trackers, and support new operational projects as the company grows.

Requirements:

Freshers who are proactive, ambitious, and excited to take on real responsibilities from Day 1.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with different stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Highly organised, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn new tools.
Comfortable working from Goa and joining immediately.

Compensation: 4–6 LPA
