Operations Specialist — Waterproofing Services

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to coordinate waterproofing projects across Panjim, Miramar, Carenzalem, Siridao, Dona Paula and Bambolim. You will manage day-to-day service delivery, keeping customers, site teams, materials and schedules aligned from the initial enquiry through project handover.

Your project portfolio will include balcony waterproofing, slab waterproofing, roof and terrace waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing, floor waterproofing, exterior wall waterproofing and related leakage repairs. You will work with technical teams to translate the agreed treatment plan into organised, well-supervised site execution.

What you will do

• Coordinate site inspections and collect property details, photographs, customer concerns and access requirements.
• Work with technical personnel to document the recommended scope, material requirements, estimated timelines and execution plan.
• Schedule crews and organise travel between sites, accounting for weather, preparation, application and curing requirements.
• Arrange material procurement and delivery, monitor consumption and help prevent shortages or unnecessary wastage.
• Serve as the customer's main operational contact, explaining schedules, providing progress updates and communicating changes promptly.
• Coordinate work in occupied homes, apartment buildings and hospitality properties, respecting residents, guests and daily routines.
• Track project progress through site visits, photographs and daily updates, escalating quality concerns or delays early.
• Monitor adherence to the approved scope and coordinate checks for surface preparation, crack treatment, junction detailing and application with the technical supervisor.
• Maintain records of quotations, approvals, purchases, expenses, scope changes and project completion.
• Coordinate appropriate testing, snag resolution, site cleanup and customer handover.
• Follow up on service concerns and arrange revisits where required.
• Reinforce safe working practices, particularly for roof access, work at height and material handling.

What we are looking for

• Experience in field operations, project coordination, construction services, property maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong planning skills and the ability to manage several projects without losing track of commitments.
• Clear communication and confidence in handling customer questions, complaints and changing site conditions.
• A practical approach to solving problems and the discipline to maintain accurate records.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, WhatsApp and basic project-tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned service areas in Goa.
• An interest in learning waterproofing methods, materials and quality requirements.

Experience in waterproofing or civil works is an advantage. English and Hindi communication skills are useful; Konkani is an added advantage.

Projects are scheduled realistically, crews arrive prepared, materials are available when needed and customers know what to expect. Site issues are raised early, expenses and scope changes are documented, and completed work is handed over with the required checks and records.
