About the job
We are looking for strong ServiceNow professionals with hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
Key Requirements:
- Implement and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Catalog).
- Manage MID servers, Discovery schedules, patterns, and top-down Service Mapping.
- Maintain CSDM compliance and improve CMDB data health and reconciliation rules.
- Integrate third-party monitoring and cloud platforms via IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
