Zensar is seeking an AI Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in compliance experience ,Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Context Engineering, harness Engineering and articulate it properly. This is a remote role in the USA and open for Full time with excellent benefits and Contract Role as well with outstanding growth opportunities.

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-stack, AI-native software engineer to build capabilities that will help secure the products of today and the AI-built, agent-operated systems of tomorrow. Your technical leadership will be vital in solving some key challenges ahead of us, whether it's architecting an always-on API platform that scales to our enterprise, modernizing legacy applications and monolithic architectures that predate how fast code and risk move today, or prototyping how security keeps pace as AI reshapes the way software gets built. Resource You will collaborate with leadership and engineers equally to put in place an execution plan, using agile methodologies, to develop/test/deploy/support industry-leading services for our customers.

Who You Are

• You've made the shift from being an experienced, effective software engineer to being an AI-native one:
• You have proven experience serving as a software engineer for development of web application projects for enterprises supporting 10K+ customers.
• You treat performance as a design constraint, not a tuning pass after the fact.
• You know when to build and when to buy — you can justify choosing a custom-built solution over an off-the-shelf or cloud-native service.
• You possess a deep understanding of API and service design, including RESTful and event-driven patterns, designed with the caller in mind — a frontend, another service, or an AI agent invoking your API as a tool.
• You are decisive without being divisive — you can analytically and logically pick from solutions and drive forward.
• You have proven ability to balance multiple priorities and participate in decision-making that spans organizational boundaries.
• You have excellent communication and organization skills.
• AI-assisted development is your default way of working, not an occasional convenience — you use agentic coding tools as a core part of how you plan, build, and test software.
• You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong — a subtle bug, a security gap, a design choice that won't hold up at scale.
• You think in systems: given an ambiguous problem, you can break it down, weigh real trade-offs, and reason about where a design will break under load or misuse.
• You use spec-driven development with AI as your default way of engineering software.
• You pick up new tools and approaches quickly, since the effective way to work with AI changes often, and you'd rather adapt early than fall behind.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated fluency in leveraging AI technologies across the entire software development lifecycle, including breaking down user stories into actionable tasks, AI-assisted coding and testing, automated defect resolution, and deployment of fully tested software.
• Server-side software development experience with Python, Java, NodeJS, and/or other similar technologies; client-side web application development experience using React, Backbone, native JavaScript, and/or other comparable technologies.
• Expertise in building secure, large-scale systems using fault-tolerant technologies (such as Elasticsearch, CockroachDB, Oracle, MongoDB & Kafka); experience with building and deploying with cloud-native technologies.

• CISSP/CCSP or similar certification useful.
