About the Role
Leading AI Video Analytics Company is looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to own and run its end-to-end IT infrastructure — servers, networking, mail systems, cybersecurity, backups, and end-user systems. This is a critical infrastructure role for someone who enjoys managing real production environments and taking full ownership of IT operations.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers — install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot
Monitor server performance, storage, CPU, memory, and uptime
Manage corporate email infrastructure — users, aliases, forwarding, spam filtering, and mail security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls; configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, and routing
Implement security policies, system hardening, and manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and privileged access
Manage automated backups for servers, applications, and business data (onsite + cloud); run periodic restoration tests
Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences, and vendor/AMC coordination
Maintain documentation for network architecture, server configs, IP allocation, backups, and security policies

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on Linux administration
Good working knowledge of Windows systems and servers
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, NAT, VPN
Firewall configuration and administration experience
Mail server administration including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Backup and recovery systems experience
Active Directory / user access management
NAS/storage management and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) — an advantage

*Certifications like CCNA, RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft, or Fortinet *— an advantage, not mandatory

Qualification
BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline
