Studio- Social & PR Manager (Intern)

Backed by TheMoonDevs and founder Subhakar Tikkireddy, we are an early-phase AI-based film and music studio. We are building a collaborative ecosystem where developers, vibe-coders, musicians, and filmmakers come together to push the boundaries of creative technology.

The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Social & PR Management Intern to join our studio for a full-time, 40-hour/week internship. You will live at the intersection of internet subculture, anime, music, and creative tech—owning our public narrative across YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and streaming platforms.

Core Requirements

• Massive anime enthusiast with deep knowledge of internet lore and viral meme culture.
• Strong working knowledge of YouTube growth, Discord community building, and Reddit subcultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a distinct digital voice.
• In-depth understanding of music streaming platforms (Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, Apple Music).
• Experience running organic social campaigns or creating viral content on Instagram, X, or Reddit.
• Collaborative mindset to work alongside lyricists, music makers, filmmakers, and vibe-coders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing, moderating, and scaling YouTube channels.
• Communicating with audience to understand brand and impact
• Designing and executing viral meme/social campaigns
• Tracking, pitching, and analyzing playlists for channel growth
• Monitoring social metrics weekly to increase organic engagement.

Good to Haves

• Hands-on experience or deep curiosity in music & anime communities
• Vibe-coding.
• "Never say no" attitude toward learning new tech tools.
• Familiarity with pitching music releases to curators and blogs.
• Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, or Photoshop)
• Capability for minor video tweaks (Davinci Resolve/Premiere Pro).

Compensation & Perks

Stipend:
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month during the 3-month internship (40 hours/week).
