First things first this is a common job ad for two job roles - one where building tech is a major responsibility and in another business component predominates. We always thought unidimensional work roles were not the future and with the advent of AI every one has to jump on to this boat.

About you

• Translators who can convert a business requirement into code OR
• Process workers who say “teach me once” and I will do it very well. We respect that skill and will hire separately for it as mentioned above

This view has further been reaffirmed by the advent of AI.

In short you need to be a quintessential problem solver. Ones who are faced with a unique problem start thinking about it throughout the day.

• When a candidate takes a test in remote environments, its not very difficult for them to take help of AI even with a camera on. What will you do to identify individuals who cheated with help of AI
• Now if you find yourself trying to crack the problem days after having read it - you jump right ahead in the queue

Few additional points For Tech roles

Past experience of having built large code bases across multiple tech stacks. You need to have full-stack chops even if in your current job you were restricted to a single-dimension role like a back-end or front-end engineer. AI anyways can write the first cut for you
