About the job

The role
We're looking for a Lead Growth who is obsessed with content and storytelling. Your job
is to make Fibr the name people think of when they think about Agent Experience.
You'll own the story and tell it on every platform our audience uses, creating much of it
yourself. Then you'll turn that attention into pipeline.

About Fibr's Agent Experience product. More and more, the first visitor to a brand's
website is an AI agent: ChatGPT or Perplexity researching for a buyer, or Meta's Muse
browsing and buying. Most sites are hard for agents to read and use. Fibr fixes that, and
measures whether AI assistants recommend the brand and describe it correctly. The
category is new, AI is moving weekly, and whoever tells this story best will own it.

What you'll do

  • Own the story. Set Fibr's point of view, language and frameworks for Agent Experience.
  • Tell it everywhere. Adapt one idea for each platform: LinkedIn (Fibr and the founders),X, YouTube and short video, newsletters, Substack, podcasts, communities and events.
  • Move at AI speed. Turn major AI news into a sharp Fibr take within a day.
  • Create original research. Turn Fibr's data and experiments into stories only we can tell.
  • Get found. Make sure Fibr shows up in search and in AI assistants' answers for Agent Experience, LLM visibility and AI shopping questions.
  • Turn attention into pipeline. Launch Fibr's free tools, arm sales with stories, and bring in creators, analysts and partners.
  • Lead a launch every week. A tool, a research story, a feature, a series or a partnership, with a plan for each platform.
  • Own the weekly numbers. Track impressions, engagement, tool runs and leads week on week, report them every Monday, and double down on what's working.

Your first 90 days
Days 1–30: write the narrative, launch the Meta Muse readiness checker with a story
across platforms, and start a weekly publishing rhythm.

Days 31–60: publish a research story in several formats, start one recurring video or
podcast format, and line up the first partners.

Days 61–90: show measurable audience growth, a repeatable path from content to
pipeline, and a plan for the next two quarters.

How we'll measure success

  • Fibr mentioned alongside Agent Experience across social, press, podcasts and AI assistants' answers.

  • Audience growth and engagement on each platform.

  • Branded search for Fibr.

  • Qualified opportunities sourced by content, tools and partners.

  • Week-on-week growth in impressions and leads, reported every week.

  • A launch shipped every week.

You must have

1.Proof of work (required): you've grown the brand of an AI-first or tech product, B2B or
consumer, and can show the content you made and the results it drove.

2.An obsession with content and storytelling: you write, script and edit yourself, and
you have taste.

3.Fluency across platforms: you know what works on LinkedIn, X, video, newsletters and
podcasts, and why.

4.A close grip on AI: you use AI products daily, follow launches as they happen, and can
explain a shift clearly within a day.

5.Enough technical depth to tell accurate stories about crawlers, agents and websites,
and to work with engineers.

  1. 5+ years in growth, content or brand for tech products. Your proof of work matters more than the number of years.

Nice to have

  • An audience of your own among marketers or tech builders.
  • Video or podcast production experience.
  • Experience creating or naming a new category.
  • Knowledge of AI search, AEO or martech, and of selling to US brands.

How to apply
Send us:

  1. Links to your proof of work: a brand you grew, the content you made, and what it achieved.
  2. A recent AI development, told as a Fibr story twice: once as a LinkedIn post and once as a 60-second video script
