About the Role

Neotrix Systems is seeking skilled DevOps Engineers to design, implement, and optimize automated infrastructure and software delivery solutions supporting cloud modernization, application development, and enterprise technology initiatives.

The role focuses on building reliable, scalable, and secure deployment pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure, and improving application delivery and operational efficiency. DevOps Engineers collaborate with software developers, cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, and security teams to streamline development workflows, strengthen system reliability, and support continuous integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment.

• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep.

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.

• Automate operational processes, infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments.

• Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, and operational processes.

• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability to support system reliability and performance.

• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, deployment, and production issues and support incident resolution.
• Apply security practices across infrastructure, pipelines, deployments, and cloud environments.

• Support infrastructure scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization across cloud environments.

• Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, security teams, and other stakeholders to improve delivery and operational efficiency.

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment standards, automation scripts, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or similar technologies.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or other container and orchestration technologies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog, or similar platforms.

• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.

• Understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management (IAM), secrets management, infrastructure security, and DevSecOps practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
