About the Role

Neotrix Systems is seeking skilled Business Analysts to support technology modernization, business transformation, digital solutions, and enterprise improvement initiatives.
The role focuses on analyzing business needs, evaluating processes, defining requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective technology and business solutions. The ideal candidate can translate complex business objectives into actionable requirements while facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and system requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, software engineers, quality assurance teams, and product teams to identify needs, priorities, and project objectives.

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and existing systems to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and solution discussions.

• Evaluate proposed solutions by assessing business value, feasibility, risks, costs, and operational impact.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirements validation, defect resolution, and solution implementation activities.

• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process maps, workflow diagrams, traceability matrices, and other project documentation.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and organizational objectives.

• Support business process improvement, change management, and digital transformation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements for technology or business transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, requirements management, and solution evaluation.

• Ability to develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and workflow diagrams.

• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system integration, data analysis, and enterprise technology solutions.

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirements traceability, and solution validation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Business analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are an advantage.
