Product Analyst Intern

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical person to help us test and improve Finifi’s Operations AI platform. You’ll work closely with the founding and engineering teams to test features, identify issues, validate workflows and ensure we deliver a reliable product to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Test product features and end-to-end workflows to identify bugs, errors and gaps.
• Create test scenarios, document issues clearly and work with the engineering team to get them resolved.
• Validate product outputs against expected results, especially across data-heavy business workflows.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product usability and reliability.
• Work with customer-facing teams to understand real-world problems and ensure fixes address them.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, Excel and complex workflows.
• Someone who enjoys breaking things, finding edge cases and figuring out why something isn’t working.
• Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership of testing and quality.
• Prior experience with SAAS / AI is a plus, but not required.

Stipend: ₹20,000/month

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 3 months post which PPO would be issued to top performers
