Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive modeling.
• Develop AI/ML applications using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
• Deploy models into production and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
• Perform model tuning, validation, and optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and data processing.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD.
• Experience deploying ML models at scale.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
