We are hiring a Telecom OSS Java Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in OSS/BSS architecture, Java microservices, cloud technologies, and telecom system integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Telecom OSS/BSS Architecture
• Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, JMS
• OSS domains: Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Provisioning, Inventory Management, NOC Operations
• TM Forum Open APIs, SOAP/REST Services
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub Actions

Preferred Telecom Experience

• Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Rogers, BT, Telus, or similar telecom providers
• Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson OSS, Nokia OSS, Cramer, TIRKS, Granite, MetaSolv, Netcool
• 4G/5G network architecture
• OSS modernization and cloud migration programs

Nice to Have

• AI/ML for Telecom Operations
• SDN/NFV
• Event-driven architectures using Kafka
• TOGAF Certification
