About the Company
Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. Ria has become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we're focused making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing on our Activation team — one of three core areas, alongside Payout and Resend, that power how money moves through our platform. This role sits at the center of how we compete: you'll drive the pricing strategy, tooling, and in-app experience that determine what customers pay to send money and how competitively we can price against the market. You'll lead a small development team building our internal pricing automation platform and shape how pricing shows up in our user-facing app; advancing our revenue management systems, pricing automation, intelligence, and experimentation.
Our Digital Product organization in Denver is rapidly growing, and this is a high-visibility, high-ownership seat with a clear path to more scope as the pricing platform matures.
If you care about solving practical problems that matter to millions of people sending money home — and want direct ownership over the pricing engine behind that experience — we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
Discover Opportunities
- Use pricing data, market signals, and competitive analysis to surface opportunities.
- Translate market analysis and Revenue Management input into problem statements worth solving.
- Prioritize initiatives based on evidence from research and experimentation.
Drive Execution
- Lead a development team building and scaling our internal automation tools.
- Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Revenue Management, and Design to ship new capabilities in the user-facing app.
- Maintain momentum by managing trade-offs and removing blockers.
Own Outcomes
- Own the pricing offering end-to-end — from internal tooling to the customer-facing experience.
- Define success metrics and tie your work directly to revenue impact.
- Push for measurable impact, not just output.
- Own delivery and results, adjusting your approach based on outcomes and applying learnings to future initiatives.
Align Stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Revenue Management team on strategy.
- Work with Growth and Digital App teams to bring new initiatives into the core product experience.
- Build alignment by explaining the “why” behind decisions, not just seeking agreement.
- Ensure your work aligns with company strategy while making trade-offs and opportunity costs visible to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.
- Fluent in English, with experience working across time zones and remote teams.
- Degree in business, design, engineering, finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.
- Experience leading a team, whether as a product manager or in a similar capacity.
- Comfortable translating business stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
- Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products, ideally end-to-end.
- Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior.
- Hands-on, with a bias for action and comfortable diving into the details.
- Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.
- Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.
- Comfortable running basic BI queries and turning data into decisions.
- Familiar with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar analytics platforms, plus basic familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma.
- You regularly explore new apps and often find yourself analyzing what makes them work, or not.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
- Reside in the city where the position is based or be open to relocating.
- Authorized to work in the country where this role is based.
