IR Labs is an applied AI studio and a venture of Integrated Research Limited. We build products where AI meets hard engineering problems, and we run them as real businesses.

Our first product, Agentic SQA, is live. It investigates pull requests in C codebases and reports likely defects with evidence: the suspected failure mode, the exact scope and the next step. When nothing clears the bar, it stays silent. It runs on real repositories today, it is generally available and customers pay for it.

It was built for the hard layer. Kernel modules, device drivers, firmware, embedded targets and the C libraries everything else stands on. The code where a bad merge costs weeks, not minutes.

AI solved writing code. Trusting it is the harder problem, and verification is the scarce layer. That is the company.

We are a small senior team, US based and fully remote, working in cross-functional squads across AI and ML, data infrastructure, systems, compiler engineering and product. We look for deep technical ability, strong systems judgment and a bias toward proving ideas in working systems. We are comfortable being wrong fast and changing direction when the data says to.
