🚀 Hiring: Telco OSS Java Technical Project Manager

📍 Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

📌 Visa : GC / USC on W2 Only

📅 Experience: 12-18+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Telco OSS Java Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Telecom OSS modernization and application delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, Java Microservices, Program Delivery, Cloud Transformation, and Stakeholder Management.

Required Skills:

✅ 12+ years of IT experience with Telecom OSS/BSS domain expertise

✅ 8+ years managing OSS delivery and transformation programs

✅ Strong knowledge of Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Provisioning, Inventory, Network Operations & Order Management

✅ Hands-on understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✅ Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices

✅ Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery, Program Governance, Budget Management, RAID Management, and Executive Reporting

✅ Experience managing offshore, onsite, and vendor teams

Preferred:

⭐ Experience with Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson OSS, Nokia OSS, Netcool, ServiceNow Telecom, or Splunk

⭐ Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID, ODA, 5G Networks, and OSS Cloud Migration programs

⭐ PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or TOGAF certification

⭐ Experience working with Tier-1 Telecom providers such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone, or BT

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 15+ years of Telecom IT experience

✔ Proven success leading OSS modernization and cloud transformation initiatives

✔ Strong client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
