FreJun is hiring a Frontend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to build and maintain responsive, performant web applications using React and Vite.

If you write clean, maintainable code, have a strong grasp of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and care about how an interface actually feels to use, we'd love to hear from you.

ROLE DETAILS

• Role: Frontend Developer (React + Vite)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain single-page applications using React, Vite, and TypeScript.
• Translate designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel-accurate UI components.
• Implement and maintain application state using Redux (Redux Toolkit) or an equivalent library.
• Maintain reusable component libraries and shared utilities.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data flows, loading states, and error handling.
• Optimize applications for speed, bundle size, and rendering performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug cross-browser and cross-device issues.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to define and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React, including hooks and component lifecycle.
• Experience with Vite (or comparable build tooling such as Webpack) and modern build pipelines.
• Solid CSS skills, including responsive design and preprocessors or utility frameworks.
• Experience with a state management library, preferably Redux / Redux Toolkit.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Working knowledge of Git and collaborative branching workflows.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging and profiling.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Familiarity with WebSockets, WebRTC, or other real-time communication technologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring and error tracking tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
