Frontend Developer (React / Next.js)

What you'll do
• Own the frontend of Flintzy and Publlish: build features end to end, from design to production
• Build fast, responsive interfaces in React and Next.js with TypeScript
• Integrate with our Spring Boot REST APIs and handle loading, error and empty states properly
• Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed, including server-side rendering for SEO-critical pages
• Turn product ideas and rough designs into clean, reusable components
• Review code, write maintainable UI, and help shape frontend standards as we grow
What we're looking for
• 3–5 years of frontend development, with at least 2 years in React
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR or SSG
• Solid HTML and CSS: responsive layouts, Flexbox, Grid, and a CSS framework like Tailwind
• Experience with state management (Context, Redux Toolkit, Zustand or React Query)
• Understanding of web performance: lazy loading, code splitting, image and font optimization
• Comfortable with Git and working directly with backend developers
• At least one shipped product you can show us (live link or GitHub)
Nice to have
• SaaS dashboards, charts or data-heavy UIs
• Technical SEO knowledge
• Experience with social media or creator-economy products
• Basic testing with Jest or React Testing Library
