About Community
The 3X4 Community (my.3x4genetics.com) is an award-winning, first-of-its-kind practitioner platform launched in 2021. It connects over 7,000 practitioners worldwide, including dietitians, functional medicine physicians, nutritionists, naturopaths, and integrative health providers who are committed to mastering nutrigenomics and integrating genetic testing into their clinical practice.
The community serves as the hub of 3X4’s practitioner ecosystem: a space for ongoing education, clinical mentorship, peer learning, practice-building resources, and connection with internationally recognized experts in functional medicine and nutrition. It is not simply a forum it is the living expression of 3X4’s commitment to building the most skilled and connected practitioner network in the field.
About This Role
We are seeking a Community & Events Manager to own and grow the 3X4 practitioner community experience. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge, community strategy, content, and event management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, and growth of our practitioner community platform, as well as the planning and execution of community events - both virtual and in-person.
What makes this role unique is the requirement for genuine clinical credibility. Our community members are trained healthcare practitioners - dietitians, functional medicine doctors, nutritionists, and integrative health providers. To earn their trust, support their practice needs, and facilitate meaningful clinical dialogue, the person in this role must speak their language. A background in clinical practice or a licensed healthcare discipline is a preference.
If you are a clinically trained professional who is passionate about community, education, and the future of personalized medicine, and you want to move out of direct clinical practice into a role where your expertise shapes the experience of thousands of practitioners worldwide - this is that role.
