Konnect Insights is an AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) platform trusted by 500+ enterprise brands across 30+ countries. We help global brands unify social listening, customer care, analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights on a single platform.

We're entering an exciting phase of growth with the recent launch of Konnect AI+, our enterprise AI layer, and KRC (Konnect Research Cloud), a new intelligence platform that helps leadership teams turn customer conversations into strategic business insights.

As we expand our presence in the US market, we're looking for a Founding SDR who enjoys building from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify outbound opportunities for the US market
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
• Run multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Help shape our outbound playbook as we scale globally

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in SDR/BDR/Outbound Sales roles
• Experience selling SaaS, CX, MarTech, AI, or enterprise software
• Exposure to US markets is preferred
• Strong research, prospecting, and communication skills
• Someone excited by ambiguity, ownership, and building
