About the role

This role sits on the Operations team of the House AI Creator Growth Internship Program. Dozens of interns across four teams only work as one pipeline if someone keeps it organized. You run the board every piece of work moves through, and make sure new interns get productive in their first week. 100% remote, open to students anywhere in India.

What you will do

• Keep the shared task board current, from creator found to video posted to results in.
• Onboard new interns: welcome message, access to tools, first task and a check-in at the end of week one.
• Schedule interviews, team check-ins and reviews across the four teams.
• Collect weekly updates from every team and flag anyone who is blocked or falling behind.
• Prepare certificates and letters of recommendation at the end of each internship.

What we look for

• A high school student, a college student or a fresher. No degree or grade requirements.
• Very organized, with a habit of writing things down.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion or a similar tool.
• Friendly and clear when following up with many people at once.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Hours, pay and terms

• Remote internship for three months. Work from anywhere in India.
• Flexible hours. Fit the work around your classes.
• Unpaid, with no fixed stipend.
• Certificate of completion for every intern who finishes the internship.
• Letter of recommendation for top performers.
