B2B Partnership Manager

We're hiring: Institute Partnership Manager

Apano Aviation is scaling B2B partnerships across India's aviation ecosystem. We're looking for a strategic Partnership Manager to identify, engage, and establish long-term relationships with aviation institutes.

What this role involves

Discovery & Research

• Research institute details, infrastructure, programs, and contact information
• Build and maintain a comprehensive partner database
• Analyze market gaps and partnership opportunities

Partnership Development

• Direct outreach and relationship building with institute decision-makers
• Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration models
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and communications
• Coordinate with institutes on content, listings, and platform integration

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain partner information, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Track partnership metrics and performance
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Who you are

• Research-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable with B2B outreach and relationship management
• Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple partnerships
• Knowledge of the aviation education landscape (preferred)
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver

Details

• Location: On-field outreach with an office base in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Gota Road, Naranpura). In person.
• Type: Full-time (freshers and interns welcome), 12-month contract
• Experience: 0-5 years in B2B partnerships, business development, or similar
• Pay: From ₹2,40,000 per year
