Hiring: Application Support Analyst
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 3–5+ Years
Shift: US Business Hours / 24×7 Support Model
Key Skills:
- NetSuite – Mandatory
- NSAR (NetSuite Account Reconciliation)
- Advanced MS Excel – Data Analysis & Reporting
- CaseLocker
- Ragic
- Salesforce
- Strong Application / Software Support experience
- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Stakeholder management
Role Highlights:
- Provide L2 application support for NetSuite and NSAR.
- Handle NSAR access requests, user provisioning and governance.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
- Work with cross-functional and development teams for issue resolution.
- Support applications including CaseLocker, Ragic and Salesforce.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and identify recurring issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing and integrations.
- Create SOPs, user guides and knowledge-base documentation.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science or related field
NetSuite experience is mandatory
NSAR experience is highly preferred
Strong Excel skills required
Excellent communication skills with US stakeholders
Candidates should be comfortable working in US business hours.
