Hiring: Application Support Analyst

Role Highlights:

• Provide L2 application support for NetSuite and NSAR.
• Handle NSAR access requests, user provisioning and governance.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Work with cross-functional and development teams for issue resolution.
• Support applications including CaseLocker, Ragic and Salesforce.
• Prepare reports, analyze data and identify recurring issues.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing and integrations.
• Create SOPs, user guides and knowledge-base documentation.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science or related field
• NetSuite experience is mandatory
• NSAR experience is highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• Excellent communication skills with US stakeholders
• Candidates should be comfortable working in US business hours.
