Job Summary:
We are looking for Sales Engineers – Field Sales to drive business development for construction equipment and related technical solutions. The role involves client visits, site visits, product demonstrations, technical discussions and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through field sales and client visits.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
• Promote construction equipment and technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiations and order closures.
• Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
• Travel within the assigned region as required.

Required Profile:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Field Sales / Technical Sales / B2B Sales.
• Experience in construction equipment, industrial machinery, elevators, material handling or related products preferred.
• B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with good business development skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
