About GoPratle

GoPratle is an online marketplace connecting event organizers with planners, performers, crew, and other event professionals. We’re looking for a Community Management Intern to help grow and activate the professional community on our platform.

What You'll Do

• Help onboard and grow the community of planners, performers, and crew on GoPratle.
• Ensure active requirements and opportunities receive sufficient interest from relevant professionals.
• Review and approve profiles and portfolios, and help professionals build complete, relevant profiles.
• Respond to user questions and concerns and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
• Coordinate with organizers and professionals during bookings to keep execution smooth.
• Help find suitable replacements when professionals cancel or become unavailable.
• Support day-to-day marketplace operations and identify issues that need attention.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Interest in startups, marketplaces, events, or community building is a plus.
• Prior experience is not required.

What You'll Get

Hands-on experience working across community growth, marketplace operations, user support, and live bookings at an early-stage startup, with direct exposure to how a two-sided marketplace is built and operated.
