People are faking their way into jobs. Stolen identities, someone else on the call, AI feeding them answers. It is happening right now, at scale, to companies you have heard of.

We stop it.

aperture checks every applicant before they reach a hiring team, throws out the fakes, and ranks the real ones on what they can actually do. We plug in under whatever ATS a company already runs. Nothing gets ripped out.

You are our first GTM hire. Not a cog in a sales machine. You are the machine.

You will:

• Build the lists. Clay and Apollo are yours to run however you want.
• Find the signal nobody else is looking at, then get to the buyer before their competitor does.
• Write cold emails people actually reply to.
• Run the calls. Discovery, demo, pilot, close.
• Publish. Our case files on hiring fraud are real, sourced, and a little unsettling. You will write more of them.
• Own a number and bring it to the CEO every week with an opinion attached.

No playbook. You write it.

• You have built outbound from zero at a company nobody had heard of.
• Clay is muscle memory. You can walk us through a waterfall you built and what you did when the match rate let you down.
• You write well and you write a lot. Somewhere out there is a post of yours that went further than you expected.
• You would rather ship something rough on Tuesday than perfect it by Friday.
• Early-stage chaos reads as fun to you, not as a red flag.

• You want a territory and a lead list handed to you.
• You need a manager to tell you what the strategy is.
• You think AI writes the emails. It does not write the first line, which is the only line that matters..

That list describes the shape of the person we imagine, not a gate. Nobody checks every box, and the best hires at this stage usually arrive with a strange combination we did not think to ask for. If you have never touched Clay but you are the sharpest writer we will read this month, tell us. If you have run outbound in a completely different industry, tell us why it transfers. If you have done none of this and you simply cannot stop thinking about the problem, tell us that too.
