We're building a global job application engine for candidates across markets including the US, Canada, Australia, UK, EU, India and other international markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Associate / Growth Hacker who can help us grow HireFT's user base rapidly through creative, unconventional and scalable distribution strategies.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You'll be expected to experiment constantly, identify what works, and then scale the channels that generate users.

You will work across content, communities, social media, partnerships, creators, referrals, outreach and other growth channels.

What You'll Do

• Identify and execute creative growth experiments to acquire new HireFT users
• Build and grow distribution across platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Facebook groups, Telegram and other communities
• Create short-form content around job hunting, resumes, interviews, layoffs, career growth and AI
• Create both faceless and talking-head content, including screen recordings, product demos, voiceovers, educational content and trend-based content
• Find and collaborate with career creators, influencers, student communities and career-focused organizations
• Build and experiment with referral and viral growth loops
• Research emerging platforms and unconventional acquisition channels
• Analyze acquisition funnels and identify which channels produce high-quality users
• Run multiple growth experiments every week and document results
• Work closely with the founder to rapidly test and implement new growth ideas

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is extremely internet-native, creative and execution-oriented.

You should:

• Understand how social platforms and online communities work
• Be comfortable creating and distributing content
• Have excellent written English
• Be comfortable with outreach and cold messaging
• Have strong research skills
• Be comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut and basic analytics platforms
• Understand basic growth metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, activation and retention
• Be proactive and capable of working independently
• Be willing to experiment with unconventional ideas
• Have a strong bias toward execution rather than simply planning

Bonus Points

You'd be a particularly strong candidate if you have:

• Previously grown a startup, SaaS product, community or social-media account
• Experience with Reddit or other online communities
• Experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content
• Experience working with influencers or creators
• Experience with SEO/content marketing
• Experience with referral or affiliate programs
• Experience targeting international audiences
• Experience in a startup or early-stage company
• Built something yourself or run your own online project

What Success Looks Like

Your goal is to continuously increase the number of high-quality users coming to HireFT.

You'll be measured on outcomes such as:

• New user acquisition
• Activated users
• Application activity
• Organic/viral growth
• Growth from new channels
• Creator and partnership distribution
• Conversion rates
• Cost-efficient acquisition

We care more about users and growth than the number of posts, messages or campaigns you complete.
