COMPENSATION, TARGET-BASED There is no fixed stipend for the two months. You earn on what you produce.
Daily dial target: 60 to 80 calls.
Decision maker agrees to a 20-minute meeting at a specific date and time.
Paid monthly against the shared call log. Duplicate calls to the same person, and bookings the prospect did not actually agree to, do not count.
At the end of two months, a full-time offer with a fixed monthly salary plus per-meeting incentive, decided on your numbers and your discipline. Conversion is not automatic and we will not pretend it is.
HOW YOU CONVERT We review at week 4 and week 8 on four things: dial discipline, meetings booked and actually attended, quality of your written handoff, and coachability.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
0 to 1 years of experience. Freshers welcome.
Fluent English and Hindi on the phone. A South Indian language, Marathi or Gujarati is a real advantage, since these lenders sit in tier-2 and tier-3 India.
You are not scared of being hung up on 50 times a day.
Your own laptop, a phone with a working plan, stable internet, a quiet place to call from.
