About the Role

Mercor is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to drive high-priority initiatives across sales, partnerships, marketing, and hiring. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move quickly from strategy to execution, helping to drive the strategic direction of Mercor's rapidly expanding GTM efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Special Projects: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Mercor’s business across labs, enterprises, and app layer companies
• Partnerships: Activate partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to turn relationships into joint GTM and revenue opportunities.
• Sales strategy: Manage CRM implementation, goal setting, territory design, and resource allocation
• Process Optimization: Help to optimize the operating rhythm of the EM organization including deal reviews and GTM systems
• Strategic Hiring: Identify organizational gaps and lead recruiting for high-priority roles across the Engagement Management organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff/Exec Ops role supporting a rapidly scaling business

• Exceptional strategic thinking and execution

• Strong commercial instincts and interest in AI

• Ability to operate across sales, partnerships, marketing, and recruiting

• High ownership, low ego, and comfort operating in ambiguity

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
