Strategy & Operations

Hiring a Strategy & Operations professional to help scale claims operations at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in insurtech. The work spans special projects, claims operations buildout, scalable process design, and cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams. The right candidate is exceptionally structured, intensely execution-focused, and excited by the challenge of solving complex problems in a high-velocity environment.

Strategic operations or chief of staff role at a top-tier startup (Series A-C, ideally vertical AI or fintech) with demonstrated 0-1 ownership. Internship or co-founder signal at a startup, demonstrating genuine interest in fast-paced environments beyond pure consulting or banking.

Requirements
Must-Have

• 2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic operations role at a top-tier startup.
• Exceptionally structured, data-driven thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional communication, builds trust quickly with customers, teammates, and partners.
• High-intensity, fast-moving operator who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (5 days on-site).
• Comfortable switching context quickly between high-impact initiatives.

• Signal of startup interest: internship at a startup, co-founded something in college, or comparable
• Technical or quantitative undergrad (engineering, CS, math, economics, physics)
• International background
• Prior experience formalizing operations or processes at a fast-scaling company
