KYC Analyst (Philippines)

About You
We are looking for a highly accurate, detail-oriented, and analytical KYC Analyst to join our
Compliance team. You will be responsible for conducting KYC and KYB checks, ensuring
regulatory compliance, and supporting our onboarding and verification processes. The ideal
candidate has strong attention to detail, works with integrity, and is comfortable handling
sensitive information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct KYC and KYB checks for individuals and businesses
• Review identity documents, proof of address, business registrations, and ownership structures
• Perform AML screening and risk assessments, escalating concerns when necessary
• Use Sumsub or similar AML/KYC tools to process verification workflows
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all checks
• Support multiple business units
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify discrepancies or follow up on pending information
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with professionalism

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of proven, hands-on experience in KYC and KYB verification, with a strong focus on reviewing and validating KYB documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to efficiently identify inconsistencies, risks, and missing information
• Proven experience following and adhering to internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines
• Hands-on experience using Sumsub or similar AML/KYC tools (e.g., Veriff, Onfido, Persona, ComplyAdvantage)
• Solid understanding of AML, KYC, and compliance processes, particularly in a B2B context
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
• Availability: Must be available and responsive during the agreed 8-hour shift
• Good Internet Connection: Reliable and stable for remote work
