Job Summary

We are seeking an Expert Java Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes and will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices following industry best practices.
• Design highly available and scalable solutions using AWS cloud services.
• Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and SQS.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads using Kubernetes.
• Implement automated build, deployment, and release processes using CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Java 8/11/17.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including: EC2,S3,Lambda,ECS/EKS ,RDS ,API Gateway ,CloudWatch
• Strong SQL and relational database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with application performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
• Experience working in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated environments is a plus.
