evaluLabs is building AI-powered interviews. Candidates get interviewed live by an AI with a human-sounding voice, and now we're building a real-time AI avatar to conduct interviews on camera. We're early, moving fast, and building in public.

The role
We're looking for a Founding Motion Designer to be one of our first hires and help define how evaluLabs looks and moves. You'll shape our video walkthroughs, social content, product demos, and the visual identity of the brand from the ground up. This isn't a "make a few animations" job. You'll own motion and visual storytelling end to end.

What you'll do

Create the AI video walkthrough for evalulabs.com, including a presenter/avatar on screen
Design and animate short-form content for LinkedIn, X, and Reddit
Build motion assets for product demos, onboarding, and marketing
Help define the visual language and motion style for the brand as it evolves
Work directly with the founder, no layers, no approvals chain

What we're looking for

Strong portfolio in motion design (After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar)
Comfortable working solo and owning a project from concept to final render
Bonus: experience with AI avatars, talking-head video, or AI-generated video tools
Startup mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
