Cloudworx builds the Process Twin Platform: live 3D digital twins, made from the CAD and BIM files a plant already owns, that run in any browser with no GPU servers, bind IoT, SCADA, MES and ERP data to every asset and add an AI agent that answers in plain English. We have deployed 20+ twins across manufacturing, energy, ports, aerospace and campuses, and hold a US patent in force to 2035.

The role
Your first programme is a production digital twin of tyre curing and building lines for a leading tyre manufacturer, now rolling out to further plants. You work on the Cloudworx platform as a client-facing Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), full time at the client's digital innovation hub beside their developers, owning the plant data path and the analytics behind the twin. As product delivery to the end client matures, you transition into a larger platform role inside Cloudworx: the per-plant replication model, the managed data path and the agent runtime.

What you will do

• Plant data path: PLC tags over MQTT and OPC UA into AWS Kinesis, S3 and Timestream.
• Data reliability: Chase missing signals and dropped connections until every machine reports.
• Analytics: Cycle-time variation, alerts and root cause, OEE, replay and machine health.
• Replication: Per-plant isolation on EKS and the same application at each new plant.
• AI agents: Support the multi-agent layer on Bedrock, AgentCore and MCP.
• Client-facing: Daily stand-up with the hub team, a shared task list, milestone demos and change control.

What you bring

• Node.js and Express: 4+ years of production backend work.
• Industrial messaging: MQTT in production; OPC UA or Kepware.
• AWS: Kinesis, S3, a time-series store, MongoDB or DocumentDB, Redis and EKS.
• Time series: High-frequency telemetry, retention and downsampling.
• Real-time: Socket.IO push to browsers.
• Ownership: Hold scope beside a client's team through change control.

Nice to have

• Go, the language of the platform's ingestion service.
• Python analytics; Neptune or Neo4j for root-cause graphs.
• Shop-floor experience in tyres, rubber or process industries.

Location and travel

• Full time on site at the client's digital innovation hub in Hyderabad, with travel to the client's plants.
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate. Five full working days plus a half day on Saturday.
