💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Other Benefits**

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, distribution and delivery operations.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficient and timely dispatches.
• Coordinate and manage the company fleet, drivers and logistics partners.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance and operating costs.
• Ensure timely delivery to customers and effective resolution of delivery issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production and other teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain logistics MIS, delivery records and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs. Candidate Profile
• Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Distribution / Fleet Management.
• Strong experience in route planning and fleet management.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and operational priorities.
• Experience in FMCG / Beverage / Packaged Drinking Water / Distribution will be an advantage.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. 🎁 Compensation & Benefits
