About the job
- Assist in researching and identifying solutions to common software issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support customer interactions via email/chat, helping gather information and understand the nature of reported issues.
- Help track and update issue logs, ensuring records are accurate and current.
- Learn and follow escalation protocols for routing unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Shadow and assist with guiding clients through basic troubleshooting steps.
- Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems as directed.
- Assist with follow-up communications to confirm issues have been resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of support activity reports and trackers.
- Help maintain and organize internal knowledge base articles, manuals, and best-practice notes.
- Observe and assist in customer onboarding activities, including setup support and initial training sessions.
- Take on increasing ownership of support tickets as skills and confidence develop.
