No prior financial services experience is required. We offer a comprehensive training program designed to help motivated individuals become licensed financial professionals. Our team is expanding rapidly across the United States, and we are seeking driven, coachable, and professional individuals who are passionate about helping others and building a business of their own.

You are not required to leave your current job to get started.
Responsibilities
• Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) for clients
• Help individuals, families, and business owners create financial strategies designed to:
• Build and leave a legacy
• Prepare for retirement
• Plan for future financial goals
• Access life insurance solutions
• Explore annuity options
• Plan for final expenses
• Understand indexed strategies

Experience
No prior financial background is necessary. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process.
However, individuals with experience or strengths in the following areas may advance more quickly:
• Leadership or management
• Public speaking
• Customer service
• Sales
• Marketing
• Accounting or software
• Entrepreneurship

Qualifications
• Must be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License for your resident state (if not already licensed)
• Must pass a background check (no felonies)
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Social Security Number
• Must currently reside in the United States during the licensing and onboarding process
• Must be at least 18 years old
