Founding Engineer | Flutter Developer

**Summary:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Taru at a very early stage and help us build the product from the ground up.

This is initially a part-time opportunity (around 3–4 hours a day) for someone who enjoys building, taking ownership and being part of an early-stage startup. As we grow, there is an opportunity to move into a full-time role.

The Role & Responsibilities

You will work closely with the founders to build Taru’s technology from **0 to 1.

• Build and maintain web and mobile applications and backend services
• Work across **React / React Native, Node.js and FlutterFlow
• Develop APIs, integrations and database architecture
• Support Android and iOS development and deployment
• Build secure, reliable and scalable technology, with a strong focus on application and data security
• Use AI tools and AI-assisted development to improve speed, quality and productivity
• Translate product ideas into simple, reliable technology solutions
• Take ownership of features from development to deployment
• Contribute to technology and product decisions as we scale
