About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and building production-ready applications. You will work directly with the founders to design, develop, and launch new software products.
This is an opportunity to become part of the founding engineering team and have significant influence over the technology stack, architecture, and product roadmap.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive web applications.

Compensation Structure
• This role begins under a deferred compensation arrangement due to the company's current pre-investment stage.
• Monthly salary will accrue during the deferred period.
• Salary payments will commence after successful funding or sufficient company revenue.
• Deferred compensation terms will be documented in a written agreement before joining.
• Depending on experience and contribution, high-performing candidates may also be considered for Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) or performance-linked equity, subject to company policy.
